SIPLACE HS-series is the SIPLACE placement machine with a turbocharger.  Its performance of up to 60,000 components per hour makes the SIPLACE HS-series the industry standard in the high-end placement field. The machine achieves this performance despite its footprint of less than seven square meters. The SIPLACE HS-series places faster and thus more profitably than comparable machines on the market.
Constant top performance.
The SIPLACE HS features four vertical placement heads that rotate around a horizontal axis.  The revolver heads operate alternately, allowing circuit boards to be processed without interruption. Thanks to its highperformance
heads and high acceleration, the machine's performance of 60,000 components per hour is without parallel.
The system can place components that range from ICs of 18.7 x 18.7 mm to 0201 chips, flip-chips, µBGAs and CSPs, and even 01005 components.
With its linear drive, the SIPLACE HS achieves impressive accuracy: 75 µm at 4 sigma. By adding the corresponding modules, you can increase the throughput to 120,000, 180,000 or more components per hour.
Widest component spectrum.
The SIPLACE HS can place 0201 chips and other components quickly and precisely, and is suitable for mass-processing of flip-chips. It features more flexibility, a much wider component spectrum, and clearly superior production quality than its competitors.
