The Vi-3K is the high performance AOI system that determines the presence and absence of components, confirms their value and polarity, and ensures placement accuracy.
The Vi-3K performs 100 % inspection of the boards being assembled while accommodating the highest output production lines on the market today.
The Vi-3K's unique beam construction with:
X axis linear motor with magnets fixed directly on the granite,
Y axis linear motor with dual rails on beam,
Conveyor designed to keep the same board reference level.
Lighting head
For higher resolution and larger field of view, the Vi-3K is equipped with a monochrome digital camera (1280 x 1024 pixels).  For optimum contrast and image definition, different types of programmable lighting are used
AVision software
AVision  software with the Graphical User Interface is easy to use:
Create and modify test files, access the image library and apply or modify the treatment tools.
Access on production mode to see the components deviation and the defaults.
Check the different parts of the Vi-3K in maintenance mode.
